I'm not really a developer. Can I set this up? add

Yes. Copy the prompt from your dashboard and paste it into Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or Claude Code. It adds Coolstory to your app for you. React Native apps use our SDK.

How do I post a story? add

Open app.coolstory.me on your phone, record or upload a video, and post. It shows up in your app right away.

Can I put it on my landing page? add

Yes. It works on any website, so your landing page can show the same stories as your app.

Does it work in mobile apps? add

Yes. Web apps use our script and React Native apps use our SDK. Stories look the same on iOS, Android and web.

How do replies work? add

Users can reply to any story from inside your app. Their replies land in your Coolstory dashboard, so you can read what people really think.

Is the widget safe to add to my app? add

Yes. It only works inside its own container: it doesn't scan your page, read inputs or intercept forms. It talks to a small, fixed set of Coolstory endpoints over HTTPS, and the only thing it records is views.

Is there a free trial? add

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial.

What if my app blows up? add

Each plan has a monthly view limit. When you reach it, your stories pause until the views reset or you move to a bigger plan. Write to hello@coolstory.me and we'll set you up.

Can I get a refund? add

We work on a subscription basis, but if you've activated the subscription and haven't used it, ping us at hello@coolstory.me.

Will anyone else see my stories? add

No. Only you and the people who visit your app or site see them.
